Our DMV-approved In-Class Driver Improvement Clinic is an eight-hour instructional program designed to promote safe, responsible driving habits and help drivers meet DMV or court requirements. The course is held in a traditional classroom setting, led by certified instructors, and covers topics such as:

• Defensive driving techniques and risk management

• The dangers of aggressive, distracted, and impaired driving

• Virginia traffic laws and regulations

• Strategies to prevent crashes and improve decision-making behind the wheel

  
  

Who Should Take This Course

• Drivers required by a Virginia court or the DMV to complete a Driver Improvement Clinic

• Individuals who want to earn up to five safe driving points on their driving record

• Drivers seeking to satisfy insurance company requirements or potentially qualify for an insurance discount.

  
  

Completion & Certification

At the end of the program, participants must pass a knowledge test to successfully complete the clinic. A certificate of completion is issued and reported directly to the Virginia DMV.
